Whether you come in for relaxation, healing or for personal transformation, I will use my skills and training to help you mobilize your own resources to achieve the results you desire. During the interview section of the session you can decide if you would like massage, hypnotherapy, Reiki or a combined approach.

I do specialized bodywork to address pain-specific issues, and body-mind integration. This form of bodywork draws from over 10,000 hours of clinical experience in chiropractor and acupuncture clinics.

I no longer do general massage.
After so many years of clinical work, I'm now focusing my skills on clinical issues, such as pain-specific massage and Body-Mind Integration work. This kind of work addresses the somatic connection between emotional and physical pain.
Integration work is based on the idea that emotional distress can lodge in the body causing pain and physical illnesses.
I see private clients and accept referrals from psychiatrists, naturopaths, psychologists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists.
