Tools for the Body, Mind, And Spirit
I offer the following practices that address the body, mind, and spirit as a complex: Craniosacral, Orthobionomy, Hypnotherapy, Reiki, and Reiki Massage.
Each session is a sacred trust and a privilege. As a wholistic practitioner. My job is not to “fix” you or an issue, but to act as a facilitator, supporting and witnessing your innate wisdom and enhancing your capacity to heal.

The following video of Suzy demonstrating an advanced CranioSacral technique for TMJ. This technique is great for migranes, jaw tension, grinding, and clenching.
CranioSacral
(No need to disrobe)
CranioSacral Therapy accesses and rebalances the Central Nervous System (CNS). This system works by following fascia to release the tissue. By following the wisdom of the body, the soft tissue connections can be released and the central nervous system rebalanced.
This technique is not a "poke" or "rub" style. Instead, CranioSacral Therapy is very subtle, and used with little to no pressure. This style rebalances the CNS and is excellent for pain-specific situations, PTSD, anxiety, TMJ, and depression by encouraging a deep sense of safety, thus allowing the body to relax on its own.

Orthobionomy

(No need to disrobe)

Reiki Massage
(No need to disrobe)
Orthobionomy is a cousin of CranioSacral work. Both techniques come out of Osteopathy. Like Craniosacral, Ortobionomy is an "indirect" technique. Unlike "direct" techniques that challenge the tension directly, by poking, mrubbing or kneading, Orthobionomy follows the way of ease, and releases through positioning, using little to no pressure, combined with slow, gentle movements. This makes this technique an excellent choice for restricted range of motion, pain-specific issues, and injuries.

Reiki Massage is a combination of the aforementioned bodywork techniques combined with the energy re-balancing of a Reiki session. This method is covered by HSA and FSA. (Receipts given upon request).
